With 12 years of experience on board—from large passenger ships to small sailing yachts—I’ve lived the challenges that come with life at sea: the high standards, the tight quarters, the isolation, the long hours, and the pressure to keep it all together.

While coaching can support emotional well-being, it’s not a substitute for therapy. If You're experiencing clinical or severe mental health challenges (like major depression, active trauma, addiction, etc.), I recommend working with a licensed therapist.
