With 12 years of experience on board—from large passenger ships to small sailing yachts—I’ve lived the challenges that come with life at sea: the high standards, the tight quarters, the isolation, the long hours, and the pressure to keep it all together.

Coaching is focused on the here and now, and moving forward. It supports clarity, self-awareness, and taking empowered steps toward desired changes.
Since I blend tools from both, sessions can shift between deeper reflection and practical action — depending on what You need most.
